June 16: Farm Tour + Welcome Potluck

June 23: Pesto Basics
Learn our basic pesto recipe and learn how we use various herbs, garlic scapes, and carrot tops to add flavor to sandwiches, pastas + other dishes
June 30: Zucchini for Every Meal
Zucchini frittata for breakfast, zucchini bread for snack, zucchini salad for lunch, zucchini pasta for dinner, and zucchini brownies for dirt.  Learn tips and tricks for incorporating this seasonal favorite into your daily diet.

July 7: Pickle Picnic
Learn how we make pickles on the farm.  Pack a picnic to enjoy in the fields and pick-your-own raspberries for dessert
July 14: Dig In for Potatoes
Learn how we dig this summer staple and some of our favorite potato recipes

July 21: Halfway through Summer Fridge Clean-Out - NO Veggie Club

August 4: Freezing the Harvest
Stash away some of your favorite vegetables for winter with our tips for freezing produce

August 11: Salsa Making
We'll bring the chips and two of our favorite salsas: fresh and canned
August 18: Pepper Party
Peppers are one of our favorite crops to grow.  Whether you like them hot or sweet, learn how we incorporate them in a variety of dishes.
August 25: End of Season Harvest Celebration
Join us on the farm to enjoy a potluck harvest with other Veggie Club members​

Veggie Share pick-up is on Mondays from 3pm-6pm in our Barn

​What might a share include? 
Sample Vegetable Share for June: 1 head of lettuce, 1 bunch of carrots, 1 bunch of radishes, 1 box of peas, green garlic
Sample Vegetable Share for July:  2 zucchini, 1 bag of green beans, 1 bunch of beets, 1 bunch of swiss chard, 1 cucumber, spring onions
Sample Vegetable Share for August: 1 box of new potatoes, 1 box of tomatoes, 1 bunch of kale, 1 eggplant, 2 sweet peppers

Vegetable Shares contain 4-6 vegetables each week and are suitable for veggie-loving individuals, couples and small families.

Cost: $325 for the Summer Season
