Full Heart Farm is a small, family farm in Ledyard, CT that grows over 300 varieties of cut flowers, herbs, and vegetables.  Now in our 15th growing season, our produce and blooms brighten our farm stand, local restaurants, area schools, small businesses, and the families of our FarmShare Programs.
