ORDERING FOR THE WEEK OF MAY 25 (WEEK 8) IS NOW CLOSED.
ORDER LOCAL PRODUCTS, WITH CONVENIENT FARM PICK-UP OR LOCAL HOME DELIVERY
ORDERING Orders for Farm Collective Week 8 open to the public at NOON on Monday, May 25, and close to the public at noon on Tuesday, May 26. This is the only window to place an online order for the week.
Week 8 orders will be picked-up at the farm on Friday, May 29, or delivered to homes on Saturday, May 30.
ON-FARM PICK-UP WEEK 8 PICK-UP IS FRIDAY, MAY 29, 2020 from 10:00am – 4:00pm
Your orders will be pre-bagged in handled paper bags and delivered curbside to your vehicle shortly after arriving at the farm.
Orders not picked up during the scheduled pick-up window will be donated. Due to the way we have organized the collective, there are no refunds or alternate pick-up options available.
Please remember that Full Heart Farm is a business, but it is also our home. It is essential to the success of the Farm Collective that guests picking up orders are respectful of our space. Please park alongside the other vehicles and be sure to follow current recommended guidelines for healthy behavior in public spaces, practice social distancing, and limit physical contact with surfaces on the farm wherever possible. Please wear a face mask. We are only taking payments online, so there is no need for a physical interaction for payment at the farm.
As much as we’d LOVE to stand and chat with you, please understand we must also practice the guidelines and stay healthy in order to continue bringing you fresh food every week.
LOCAL DELIVERY WEEK 8 DELIVERY IS SATURDAY May 30, 2020. You MUST select HOME DELIVERY as an item in your cart to use this service.
Home delivery is available for residents of Ledyard, Gales Ferry, Groton, Mystic and Stonington. If you are interested in delivery outside of those towns, or have a pressing need due to a health issue, please contact us and we will consider expanding our delivery zone. Farmer Keith will be handling the deliveries on Saturday afternoons, wearing a mask and gloves. We highly recommend someone is home when delivery happens in order to put your food directly into your fridge or freezer. Keith will leave your bag on the door step and walk away so there is no contact. If you cannot be home please be sure to leave a sanitized, insulated cooler outside.
Due to technical limitations, your order instructions will read for pick-up on the farm. Please ignore that and we will email you with delivery information including and estimated delivery time.
LIMITED QUANTITIES There are limited quantities of many products, especially fresh produce at this time. As the season progresses and the collective grows, our product list and quantities will expand! Thank you for your patience!
SEASONALITY May can be a lean time on a CT farm, especially with the cold spring weather we've had. All of our farmers are working their hardest to adapt to our changing situation and there will be new products available each week as the weather gets warmer.
THANK YOU This is our first time offering a program of this type and complexity, so we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. We are eager to fix any mistakes with your order we might have made and request that you contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns. We are grateful for your feedback as we continue to develop the program.
